8.3.3-rc1 - Offline Activation gives error?

Wondering if anyone else has come across this?

Trying to drop a development license on an offline machine. Enter the license code, hit next, wait a bit, and get this error:

Part of the log - seems to indicate it realizes it's offline, but fails to go to the "offline" activation option..

Thanks, this has already been fixed. Or identified and the fix is going through review/QA cycle.
