With the new Siemens Drivers, should we be able to browse inside PLC structures? I’m getting an error when clicking into “Refresh Browse”. I’ve tested this with both an S7-1500 and an S7-400.
No log under /diagnostics/logs in case wondering.

For the S7-1500, what do you see in the Tag Browser, what are you expecting, and what does it look like in TIA portal?
The S7-400 won't be browsable.
I see nothing but the [Diagnostics] folder in all PLCs:
I can create tags and see their values referring to known PLC tag addresses. I don’t have access to the TIA portal, but I can ask for that if you require. I have those PLCs connected to KepServer, if that can help.
Turn some of the Siemens loggers on to DEBUG level:
then disable/enable the device and then upload your logs here.
In your device connection settings, are you using Absolute or Symbolic addressing? You must use Symbolic addressing in order to browse.
That was it! A brief note in the docs might be helpful. Also, removing that “Refresh Browse” button if the device is not compatible.
