We are planning to setup a Sierra Wireless LX40 for sending out SMS alarms, the location that it is in sometimes has spotty cellular connection and I was wondering how to take the Network State from the LX40 and send that to a tag so it can be viewed on the HMI or possibly turn it into an alarm to notify by email. I have very little experience working with any type of SSH/HTTP/Telnet so if there are any resources you recommend to better understand the process that would also be greatly appreciated.
