That usually doesn’t work on Linux unless you’re running as root

Easy fix without root:

Change port in gateway(webserver ) port failed

If you are running a modern version of Linux with SystemD, you can add the following as an override to enable low-number ports without root: [Service] AmbientCapabilities=CAP_NET_BIND_SERVICE
