How do I set up that a project don’t have access to another projects tags? I have created different Tag Providers, but when I am in a project and have created a Power Chart, I can see all Tag Providers in the Tag Browser.

I think you want to restrict access to tag history, not the tags themselves. You can do this by setting
PROPS.config.tagBrowserStartPath : histprov:<myHistoryProvName>.
