Hi. I am a tutor. My students are taking a workshop on Ignition. They are using AU right now, to have first knowledges about the platform. I'd like to follow their progress in the different levels of the course. Is there any possible way to do it online?
The Inductive guys will have to work with you on this. I know that as an integrator I can see all of our group/company's employees, but I'm sure they can set you up with a way to see all the students (they'll have to manually add them to your group), then in IU, you can go to your group and see everyone's progress. I don't think it's granular to each video, but more to the sections they've completed, and I don't think it shows if they've passed the mini tests/quizzes either.
If you sign in to Inductive University, in the drop down where your user name appears you should have an option to Manage Groups. (If not, contact our training department for help). Choose that option, then at the bottom of the left sidebar choose "Create a user group". Once you do that, you will need to individually invite your students using their email addresses.
Once they accept the invite, you will be able to see their progress. If you click on their progress bar it will show you a more detailed breakdown. Like @michael.flagler said, it won't be granular to the video, but it will show you, for example, that they have completed 25% of the Clients and Sessions section in Launching Ignition. The main listing for your group will also show you which people have achieved certifications (like Core or Gold).
