I configured the gateway with a certificate successfully, but then I configured different ports and now the gateway web page won’t come up no matter what ports I use. I found the file C:\Program Files\Inductive Automation\Ignition\data\gateway.xml_Clean which has the old, working ports in it. How do I revert to the old ports?
You can just modify the gateway.xml (not the _clean!) file and restart the server and the ports should be updated, unless there’s a conflict. “The gateway webpage won’t come up” is a little unclear, though - do you know that the service is actually successfully running? What OS are you using, and what ports did you set it to use? Also, you can check the wrapper.log file in the logs/ directory to see if there are any errors happening on startup, or preventing startup.
