My old MES gave me a report which would breakdown downtime data by machine stage (Cell Name) and stop reason. It plots the accumulated downtime count against time for each cell, giving a time stamp of each occurrence.
I have attached a screen shot of the resulting chart. The cell names are bodymaker 1, bodymaker 2 etc and the automatic stop reason is ‘Short Can’. The Y axis is the accumulated count of the occurrence of ‘short can’.
Can someone steer me in the right direction to acheive this in Ignition.
