Acknowledging alarming

Hello,

I have had major problems with a customer that keeps getting alarm emails even after they have acknowledged the alarms.

The pipeline screenshot is attached.

It is set to drop out of the pipeline after acknowledgement.

Any thoughts on what is going on?

Does it show an Ack for when they say it happens?

As an example, our corporate mail server pushes every minute but pulls every five minutes. Perhaps there is a timing issue in there.

Yes. As far as alarm functionality goes it seems to work just fine. Everyone just keeps getting emails.

Has this pipeline changed since it was first created? I wonder if an older version of the pipeline is still running in the background?
