I came in to do an upgrade this weekend at the customer site, and wanted to move the license to my laptop to test the upgrades there. My server doesn’t have an internet connection, so I selected the “deactivate by phone” option, assuming there was an automated system like I’ve used in the past, but apparently I need to speak with a real person. Now I don’t have a license at all, and they are down. If someone is around to read this and they have a few minutes, give me a shout.
