Added perspective license to my setup now showing license expired

Just before Xmas to take advantage of the deal of reduced cost for the perspective module I bought it for my existing license (vision)
They updated my existing license with the additional module & I went to config and then opted to add a license. It all worked but came up with emergency license notice saying 7 days then it will roll over to new license. I thought all good. Now my license is showing expired for the ignition 8 platform?
I tried ringing but get a message that they are only open 6-5 pacific time Mon-Fri I’m in the UK.
Any ideas what’s happened?

To note in October I moved the VM from one IP to another and created a DNS - but ultimately it’s the same server and there is only one of them running.

Any guidance as at present on Monday I’m going to have to reset the 2 hour license every 2 hours to keep things running (thankfully no production at the weekend) for at least the first 8 hours of the day.

When updating an existing license like this, you don't add a license, you click the little reactivate button to have it pull the new licensing details into the system. If you purchased your license through an integrator, you might be able to get ahold of them to get them to reset it for you, otherwise, not much you can do until Monday most likely. (Unless some staff stumbles across your post and does you a favor)

There is an emergency number for support, think that might be available with the "top tier" support package, but also at a cost if you're really stuck. Seeing as it's a license issue not a tech issue, there may be no fee.

Thanks Buddy, I just mailed you using forum name followed by @inductiveautomation.com
