Adding "glow" to a border style

I am working on a view that I have been instructed to add a border with a 'glow' effect to some of the components, but I have been unable to figure out how I might achieve that with the styling options available in the props editor.

This is the reference image for what they'd like me to achieve, which was of course designed in photoshop. I was told it was a white border line with a green glow effect overlaid on top. Anyone have any ideas of how I could achieve this or a similar look?
