Adding OPCUA device

Hello guys, I am trying to add a UPCUA devices to my gateway. however, it is giving me and error

my gateway IP is: 10.128.208.193.

any ideas on how to solve this?

Can your gateway actually ping/reach the entered IP address? You may need to enlist the help of your IT department to put in some routing rules to allow your gateway to reach/talk to that IP since its on a different subnet.

IT/network issue. Firewall maybe?
