Advice on choosing an Ignition package

We have a project that involves monitoring two small water supply systems. Each system will be controlled by its own PLC. A single PC will be used for central monitoring and control. In addition, we’d like to enable remote access — either through a Windows tablet, IPad, Phone, or PC. The remote access would be limited to the on-site Wi-Fi network.

I worked a bunch with Vision, but am not sure if it is the best software to use for this project. I’m wondering if Edge would be sufficient here, but I don’t have any experience with it. Any input would be appreciated.

As long as you don't need any form of jog buttons, Perspective seems like the right choice. If this water system serves the public, there are likely legal requirements for data storage that Edge cannot meet by itself. I'd lean towards Standard Ignition. Edge's two-session limit is also a deal-breaker for many organizations.

The system will be used on a farm/colony. It will be used to supply water to houses, barns, and other farm facilities. So we’re not thinking to store data in a SQL database or anything like that.
