After creating user we unable to find out here user for better understanding

Can you show where you created the user? Do you only have a single Internal user source? The more information you can provide, the better chance of answering your question!

Just yesterday:

after generating password , in ignition --> security --> user, roles --> manage users we unable to see user which is need to be populated. For more information. Please find below screen shot.for more details please find below attached file
