Is there a way to acknowledge an alarm via email or text reply? We have operators that roam the countryside in there vehicles and would like to acknowledge an alarm without an HMI interface to alert other operators that they are taking care of the alarm.
Unfortunately you cannot acknowledge an alarm via email or text reply.

It is really simple and powerfull SMS redirection tool.
Cost is 79 usd and it can be connected directly SQL databse so you can make easily two directional SMS communication.
There is also other functions available.
We are using this when needed SMS functions in Ignition.
