Alarm Cache Update

Hi,

I am experiencing exact same issue on version 8.1.44. I use a string parameter from my UDT as part of the alarm message, and when the user updates this text, the alarm keeps showing old value. If I manually acknowledge the alarm in the list, it will magically grab the new value, but I would like to have a way to refresh the cache for all alarms (hopefully without restarting the gateway as suggested back here)
