How would an alarm clear if never active?
I have a tag that the alarm cleared and went out the cleared pipeline where it sent an email that it was cleared but the alarm never went active.
Was it a new alarm? Because on alarm creation, you will get a Cleared event for the new alarm. But other than that, I think you should always get an Active event before a Cleared event.
It was not a new alarm. The last changes to the configuration of the alarm (pipeline changes) were yesterday morning.
Then today I got an alarm cleared email which made me look into this.

I've noticed the same thing. I think its just an Ignition thing. Look at the active and clear times...identical. There weren't new alarms but I did make a change to the UDT where they are configured. Not all changes to the UDT do this, just some, like adding a new member tag.
