I want to define an alarm. I have a boolean tag. Value 1 is coming. I just want an alarm to come when it is 0 out of 1.
Not when it is equal to 0.
I want an alarm to sound when there is a falling edge from 1 to 0.

Set your mode to not equal to 1:
Then, trigger your alarm sound off of the Active and Unacknowledged alarm state:
