I’m attempting to make an alarm KPI screen in my vision client based on the link below:

One thing I’m noticing is that I’m getting various skewed results due to some UUIDs missing Active or Cleared events (and I can only guess at Acknowledged events as well). Has anyone else ran into this issue? If so I’d love to see what your workarounds have been when calculating averages. Right now what I’m doing is just not counting those alarm durations if a UUID is missing an Active or Cleared time and logging separately an estimate on how many events are missing in alarm_event.
