Alarm Filter Gateway

Hello, if someone could help me, I created a tag and I can set it to active or inactive to activate the alarm, and it works when I see all the tags, it appears correctly. The problem is when I want to apply the filter in the Ignition gateway for alarms that are in this path [salaMaquinas]Agua so that only those in this path are saved to the database. If anyone could help me, I would really appreciate it. my specific tag is tagSM. Thank you very much.

Don't filter using it

The Alarm Source and Display Paths are not the same as the Tag Path you can copy from the Tag Browser panel.

This User Manual page has the syntax laid out: Vision - Alarm Status Table | Ignition User Manual

To see this in your designer:

First trigger your alarm without any filters on the journal to populate some data. In Vision or Perspective, load you alarm journal with no filters on the Alarm Journal Table component - and look for the "Display Path" and "Source Path" columns. (You may need to enable them, for example in Vision by right clicking on the header of the table.) Once you see these columns, you can further validate the syntax and confirm your paths. You can also do this with the Alarm Status Table and skip the journal part for testing.

So your are looking for a Source path that is more like:
prov:salaMaquinas:/tag:Agua*

prov:salaMaquinas:/tag:Agua*
[/quote] Thanks it solved my problem in the gateway prov:salaMaquinas:/tag:Agua* to access to my folder Agua.
