If you look at the screen, I put true in History Enabled, but why doesn't it appear in "Attachment 2"?

Were those alarms active in the last 8 hours? That's what your filter is currently set to. Can you also share a screenshot of your database connections?

The 'History Enabled' you've turned to true is not for alarm history, that is tag history. You should make sure you have an alarm journal setup in the gateway(Config>Alarming>Journal). Then in Perpsective you'll need to make sure you alarm journal's name property is exactly as defined in the gateway.
