Alarm journal not showing AM/PM on client

I am using an alarm journal on vision project, version 8.1.26. Whenever I run the screen within the project, both running and not running, it shows AM/PM. Whenever I run the screen on the actual client AM?PM goes away. I can't figure out why??

Your client(s) are in a locale that's using 24 hour time, rather than 12 hour AM/PM.
