Alarm Journal static config not storing on system ack

Hey all,
Strange issue, we have a system with many alarms that are statically configured. We have set the static config save button in the alarm journal settings.

Many of these alarms remain here and are not acknowledged, to the point that the system has begun to auto acknowledge them when we get to some max value.

However when the system acks these alarms they don't appear to store the static config in the alarm journal. Just the name of alarm as if we hadn't pressed this setting.

Note the system ack seems to generate a different event id as well, depite pointing to the same tag

Associated data (and static config) is only evaluated for save when an alarm is originally triggered. Have the alarms triggered since you changed the setting?

This setting was changed quite some time ago. It works everywhere else, but seems to only appear when the system_ack flag is true in the alarm journal data. The event IDs are different however. Posisble its acking very old events from before this was fixed.

I'll need to inverstigate it
