I have configured an alarm journal table in vision. I have binded the start and end date to a load button. So when start/end date is selected and load button is clicked, alarm journal has to be loaded. But here whenever screen is opened, alarm journal is displaying as loading and sometimes with a overlay error.
My first guess would be that the initial state of the alarm journal is missing required parameters that your Load button is expected to provide. Can you confirm if this might be the case? If so, the journal needs default values specified in order to avoid this each time the window is opened.

Yes we have configured the default start and end time as last one hour. It is taking a long time to load. Even If it shows 0 events for last one hour, loading label takes a longer time to go off.
