Alarm notification clear not sent

Ignition version 7.7.1

While configuring the alarm notification i have setup all the necessary user and schedules. I have added the pipeline and set active pipeline and clear pipeline to the same pipeline. I have a very simple pipeline start straight to notification no timers or anything else. I get the email for the active pipeline but not the clear email. Do i need to add function block to send the clear notification?

Do you have the clear dropout condition enabled for that pipeline? I wonder if when it falls in notices the alarm to be cleared and does not send out a “clear” notification.
