Alarm notification + DB query + Notification Block

Hi everyone,

I have added Alarms to UDT and linked them to a Pipeline notification.
How can I activate the pipeline based on DB query status?
In the other words, I want some of my alarms filtered out based on status in DB?

An another question,
I also use calculated Roster on my Notification Block by querying users from Database. How can notify each user with a specific alarm not all active alarms from UDT instances?

Are these possible?

I’ve never tried to do either but for the first part I would probably -

  • Create a query tag with a boolen data type. Set the execution mode appropriate to the response you need while avoiding setting the execution rate too frequent.
  • Bind the alarm filter to the query tag.
