Alarm Notification Pipeline - Email - Change Of Address Not Working

Background
Ignition v8.1.41
I have two email profiles, both work.

Issue
I changed the From Address in one of my notification blocks from the first profile address to the second profile address but notifications are still coming from the first address.

I restarted the Alarm Notification module, it didn't solve the issue.
Restarting the gateway didn't solve the issue.

Suggestions?
