Hello all, we have an Ignition 8.1.12 system with redundancy enabled. Failover to the backup server is working fine but we are looking for a way to display on the SCADA HMI that the primary server has failed and the backup server is active. What is the best way to generate an alarm stating that failover to the backup server has occurred?
I have two multistate text boxes displaying status if redundancy is active and connected. [System]Gateway/Redundancy/IsActive & [System]Gateway/Redundancy/Connection/IsConnected. IsActive is probably all I need though. You can also display what role server the HMI is connected by displaying [System]Gateway/Redundancy/Role
