Alarm Pipeline not sending email notification when alarm is active

I have everything filled out for my alarm pipeline to notify my roster in the event of an active alarm. I have also attached the pipeline to the alarm in the tag. When I do a test of the pipeline from the gateway it shows that the emails would be sent but if I go to designer and fake the value of the alarm to go above setpoint I get the alarm notification in the perspective and I have to acknowledge the alarm, but my roster is not getting the email.

any solutions to this issue? I'm sure I did something wrong.



If you have an SMTP profile configured that the email notification profile is using, have you tried testing this to make sure emails are getting out? Email Settings | Ignition User Manual

yes i have tested to make sure emails are getting sent out.
