Alarm Roster emails getting delayed

We are seeing an unexplained delay when ignition sends out email to people on a roster. Our audit log shows that the emails are initiated, but in the pipeline status there's message saying the emails are waiting 1hour before sending to the next user. The manual says that everyone in the roster should get the email. I don't understand the delay between users in the roster.

I do have consolidation enabled with 15 minute delay and 2 hour frequency.

You should:

  1. Get a thread dump from the gateway.
  2. Contact support.
  3. Update Ignition.
