I'm currently on a search for key functionality we need for a new project. I have been looking around the forum, but can't find any info on the following questions I had. Does anybody know if this currently possible, and if not have some sort solution for it?
- Is it possible to change the column names?
- Is it possible to add custom columns so I can input extra information that we get from alarms or edit current existing columns to accommodate this information?

You can add columns for associated data:
I never used it, but I assume you'll have to add the fields to want to your alarms, and then you'll be able to add the columns.
As to changing column names... You could use the translation manager to globally translate the column names you want, but be aware that it will change those terms EVERYWHERE.
Or you add a column through the associated data/columns mechanism, and bind its data to whatever data you needed, then disable the original column.
