Is there a way to change the column names in the Alarm Status Table header?

No, you will not be able to change the names of the column headers on the Alarm Status Table.

A work around would be to create your own table using a table component and then using an Alarm Status Function binding. Now you can open the table customizer and edit the headers as you like.
