We have a machine with two sessions of perspective running on separate IPC's with an Ignition Edge gateway on one of them. V8.1.47
We had an alarm occur, which we normally cleared and acknowledged, but it only cleared the alarm out of the Alarm Status Table on the IPC running the gateway. The other session was showing that the alarm was still active.
We verified the alarm was actually clear in our alarm history and that the associated alarm OPC Boolean tag was low. The alarm finally cleared out of the alarm status table once we refreshed the browser on that IPC. It only affected this one alarm; a couple other active alarms cleared and acked as normal.
Is this a bug or is this something we can prevent?
