Alarming name dynamic

Dear all,
is it possible to concatenate a alarming name with a tag?
I’ve a tag with a fault number. I’d like to create a message like
“fault N. 0001”
“fault N. 0002”…
where “fault N.” is alarming name and the number is the dynamic tag.

If it not possible any suggest ?

While the name of an alarm cannot be dynamic, there are various other fields (including a bindable ‘Label’ property, as of 7.9.8) that can use expression to construct a dynamic reference for the alarm.
