Can anyone explain the "Continuous Event Detection Window (min)" Gerneral Alarm Setting? On my system (8.1.27), when a system restart occurs, all alarms are refired as new. I guess, luckily, I have Notify Initial Events turned off, so it doesn't flood their phones with new SMS messages (Twillio). That setting is currently set to its default of 10.
When I put this version in, I was understanding it fixed some of the alarm restart issues U was having. Maybe I'm missing something.
