Is there any way to separate which alarms should be visible in alarmtable? I have one parent project where I make all design changes(where I have one alarm-table), but for each child project I would like to have separate alarms (different sites) and they should not be able to see eachothers alarms. How do I set this up? 
Set up different alarm journals on your gateway (config → alarming → journal), then use the appropriate journal in each child project.

Adding on to @pascal.fragnoud you will have to filter each alarm journal appropriately. You will have to make sure alarms have something in the path or name you can filter by. Like some sort of site reference. i.e. Site xyz alarmhere and filter with Site xyz or something along those lines.
