Hi I previously created an alert for some of tags and I see that it showed on the Alert Console page but now I deleted the alerts and it’s still showing there. Is there a way to clear them?

Can you acknowledge the alert and make it go away?
If this doesn’t correct the issue then you can delete the alert cache. Keep in mind, in order to delete the alert cache you must stop the Ignition service. Here are the steps:
- Stop Ignition service (if not done, the alert will persist and the cache will be recreated with the alert there still)
- Navigate to the install directory of Ignition and go to the data folder
- With the Ignition service stopped, delete the .alerts file
- restart the Ignition service
