Alert Default profile Problem

Hi,

In our current project, we’ve configured a database profile for the equipment alerts. Sadly, when we started to test this project, we didn’t have the database profile and we used or was simply configured the standard or default alert management.

The problem is that today we have alerts from the past that aren’t in the current database but are showed in our alert window. We tried looking in the advance console but haven’t found anything.

does anybody have some kind of tip about it?

In 7.5 there is a .alerts file that helps alarms persist across gateway restarts. You can delete that file when you restart the Ignition gateway and the list of current alarms will be recreated. Check out this post for more info.
