All alarm activeTime null

I made a report for one of my sites that presents any alarms that occurred in the last 24 hours with active time and cleared time. All of my active times are null. Any hints why this would happen? Event time and clear time both seem fine (though identical)

Can you post your script/query for your report?

I sounds like you might be just grabbing the 'cleared' events on the alarms.
