we had some issues with ldap login, and had to create a temporary login to access the system.
after recreating a ldap/hybrid identity provider, all the sensors for our project have “null” and exclamation marks.
is there a setting we have missed to get everything up and running as normal again?
What’s the error they’re reporting? (click on the !)

The authentication issues seem like a red herring.
This looks more like a run of the mill configuration error. Consider getting in contact with support.
