An Empty Graph in XY Chart

Hi,
I am working on the XY charts, where I would like to change by default XY Chart to empty chart only with X-axis and Y-axis. when I delete the data from the source graph, then the graph XY Axis is gone.
I need only an XY chart having the x-coordinate and y-coordinate without data source

Could you guys help me out?
