any plans to have multiple notification types on one notification block? What happens if I have 6 people on a roster, and the 1st wants sms, 2nd wants voice, 3rd wants email, 4th wants voice, 5th wants email, and the 6th wants sms?
You can achieve this now by splitting into a notification block for each delivery type.
yes but it seems like this will be a problem if I want to do escalation and then want to simply change the order that the users get notified after I have set this up.
