Anyone else having issues with property bindings after 7.9.9?

Looks like after our upgrade to 7.9.9, property bindings on a window’s root container don’t evaluate consistently (If at all).

Static properties that never change won’t get passed on to components,but will evaluate if they are modified.
For example a string like ‘tagPath/tag’ changed to ‘tagPath/tag_’ and then reverted to ‘tagPath/tag’ will trigger a propagation to other components bound to that property directly.

Is this ringing a bell for anyone?

I’m not aware of any issues with bindings in 7.9.9 - this is fairly concerning. Could you open a support ticket, so they can see what’s going on with your system and either replicate it or see what’s going wrong?
