Anyw ay to create a custom TagProp?

It would be useful if I could create custom properties/attributes for my driver’s tags. Right now I see a list of standard properties in TagProp. I see one that is called “ExtendedProperties” and I wonder if there is a mechanism to add my own properties to a Tag?
