Applet displaying incorrect tag value

I have been having a problem with SQL Tags. I have converted my real time data over to decrease the constant pounding of the SQL tables. I found that when a machine is shut down the field in the applet bound to particular tags shows a different value than the tag itself, FactorySQl, and the SQL table. When I look in PMI Designer, the tag shows the value that is being displayed in the applet.

My guess is that this is a timing issue that is cause during machine shutdown.

Could use some help on this. I have had to bind my values back to SQL tables and our SQL Server is really getting pounded.

What are the values involved? When the machine comes back up, does the values once again become synchronized? Do you get a poor quality overlay in the applet/designer?
