Are client tags tied to specific application instance or the specific user?

Using Ignition 7.9.1.

I have a user who likes to open multiple copies of the same Ignition application on the same computer with the same user credentials in a database managed user system.

This application utilizes client tags for some table filtering. If on their first instance, they use a client tag to indicate one filter, their second instance of the application will not filter, as it has it’s own set of client tags correct? Clients are tag
