We are pilot testing an Ask AI widget on the lower right-hand corner of the User Manual. This widget is powered by Kapa.ai and has access to solved Forum threads, Help Center KBAs, the SDK Guide, and the selected User Manual version.
Clicking on the Ask AI widget will open the Ask Inductive Automation AI popup. The widget also includes an Attach files option to provide greater context to questions if desired. Provided responses will link to the direct sources where information was pulled, and a list of sources will be included at the bottom of each answer.
Using the thumbs up and down icons to rate solutions will be extremely valuable to our team. This feedback will be referenced as we continue to test usefulness, improve published User Manual content, and refine widget replies.
Hi, great news !
Just wanted to try this and it gives me this error, I have also attached the DevTools console in case this is useful.
Any ideas ? My AdBlocker is disabled btw.
Running into the same issue. Tested in chrome and firefox on macOS and debian xfce.
Same for me using Brave and Chrome.
Somebody is looking into this, hopefully resolved soon
Nice! I used to use kappa for month with Ignition Docs<!-- --> AI | kapa.ai.
Glad you add it to your toolsets
Using the User Manual link at the top of the forums and trying to use the AI is broken due to CORS. I wonder if maybe the User Manual link just needs the www. removed:
