I’ve got a complex tag data type called “BRKR” with about 60 tags and a fairly simple “Breaker” template that I would like to make use only about three of those. I would like to be able to drag the BRKR data type onto a screen and have the Breaker template associated with that data type. I’ve been looking but I can’t find how to do that. A little help, please? Thanks.
In the custom properties of the template, you will see Drop Target. By selecting this check box it will allow you to drag and drop the instances of the UDT onto a window of the project.
