Audit Log configuring, can get an Audit Log that will show me when a Tag configuration (Alarm settings for example) is changed?

I'm new to the Audit Profiles in Ignition. I was hoping to use it to keep track of changes to tags and UDT's. First, is it possible to get this level of granularity out of the Audit Logs? Second, if so, how?
